GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Vice President of Human Resources will service multiple constituents and be responsible for Human Resources for all corporate offices located in New York City, Boston, MA, Bloomington, IN and Oklahoma City, OK.  S/he will drive ProCure’s corporate Human Resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. This person will work in conjunction with the Vice President of National Human Resources (Operations) to ensure continuity and communication between the Center Operations team with regards to all human resource matters and the parent company.  This position will be responsible for a broad spectrum of services including, but not limited to: employment, placement, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Healthcare Administration, Masters a plus
8-12+ years Human Resources experience
5 years of HR experience in a healthcare facilities environment, preferred
SPHR also a plus

DUITES

  • Oversee and execute the strategic recruitment and selection plan.
  • Develop and execute the strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of ProCure employees.
  • Oversee and execute the design and development of compensation benchmarking, strategy and programs.
  • Oversee and recommend improvements to benefit programs and administration of plans. Evaluate and implement procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
  • Recommend and maintain organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and administer a performance management system.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for the Corporate Human Resource division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Recommend and establish company policies and procedures.
  • Work with group heads to establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Establish on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Responsible for oversight of payroll staff.

Incumbent must be able to multi-task, demonstrate exceptional organization skills, and be adept at both verbal and written communication. S/he will have to demonstrate the ability to coach and develop employees, and expect and demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism as they will be part of the team that creates and delivers ProCure’s corporate message.  Must have a creative side and be able to “think outside the box” in all areas.

  • Interface with outside legal counsel and HR consulting team

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Incumbent will be responsible for and have accountability for all HR functions pertaining to the parent company.  Dotted-line supervisory responsibility for VP of Human Resources for Field Operations. Future staff responsibility based on company growth.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for the Corporate Human Resource Division budget.

OTHER

Travel to all corporate/parent company locations to ensure proper execution of all of the above duties, as well as attendance at national meetings.
